James

Mr. Trudeau has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He has a deep background in nanotechnology based lithium batteries, high voltage substations, UPS & DC systems maintenance, mission critical power engineering, and energy conservation. His skills in using consultative sales and strategic account management techniques with C level clients resulted in over $200 million in sales of capital equipment and services in the past ten years. He has a proven ability to assemble and motivate both technical and sales teams to develop innovative products and grow revenues - even in down economies. He chairs the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Energy Storage Council in Washington, DC.

Mr. Pate is leading the Business Development Team with over 25 years experience in leadership development, and capital raising. He has deep contacts in the Native American World and will be leading our growth and partnerships with Indian Nations throughout North America.

Inanovation Inc. was formed in 2006 and incorporated in 2007 for the purpose of developing a safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly battery technology to replace existing large-format industrial lead-acid batteries. The Inanovation nanomaterial-based battery offers superior operating performance, long life, and reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Inanovation has won a US Navy contract to develop a 2.5 MW NanoGreen™ battery system that will turn DDG-51 class destroyers into hybrids. Inanovation is headquartered in Frisco, TX.

Currently, there is not an established battery manufacturer offering a safe alternative for large-format lead-acid batteries. NiCD and NiMH batteries have failed to make measurable inroads into the large-format lead-acid battery market due to poor performance and environmental issues. Traditional lithium-ion chemistries have significant problems with fire and explosions.

The Inanovation battery chemistry, combining nano forms of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) for the cathode and Lithium Titanate Spinel (Li4Ti5O12) for the anode, creates a safe and reliable alternative to lead-acid batteries. Inanovation’s batteries improve on existing lead-acid metrics such as lifespan, cycle life, charging time, weight, volume, maintenance cost, and environmental friendliness. The Inanovation battery is much safer than traditional lithium batteries as it doesn’t have a graphite anode, and associated solid electrolyte interface (SEI) layer that is the cause of most fires and explosions. These performance advances, improved safety, combined with a lower TCO, will allow Inanovation to rapidly move into market niches including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), telecom, aerospace, solar, and military markets.
